HTC Launched HTC Desire 650 with 13MP Rear Camera and 2200 mAh Battery

HTC has launched a new Desire range smartphone in its home country. All new smartphones including the Desire 650 are listed on the HTC’s website.  However, the Taiwan Company’s website doesn’t list pricing information details.

The devices will be available for purchase in Early December. The HTC Desire 650’s main attraction is its double back which means the device sports half plain rubber rear back even as the other half comes with what HTC call sculptured design or fixed prototype. The double back will offer more grip to users while using.

For specifications, the HTC Desire 650 packs a 5-inch HD TFT LCD screen with 720x1280 pixels resolution. The device runs HTC Sense based Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. The smartphone is powered by an unknown quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. The device houses 16GB inbuilt storage and 2GB of RAM. The internal storage can also be expanded via MicroSD card.

In terms of camera, the HTC Desire 650 packs a 13MP rear camera with autofocus, BSI sensor, LED flash, and f/2.2 aperture. A 5MP front facing camera is also found on the front side of the device with BSI sensor. The single SIM device supports BoomSound tech on earphones.

The smartphone is powered by a 2200 mAh battery which claims to offer up to 17 hours of talk time and up to 672 hours of standby time. It measures 146.9x70.9x8.4mm and weighs 140 grams. Yesterday, HTC launched HTC 10 Evo as HTC Bolt in the international market.
