Huawei Leaked Video hints Nova and Nova Plus are Camera Focused Smartphones

This week Huawei leaked three ads based videos; all videos show upcoming smartphones Nova and Nova Plus. The company is working on latest Android based device which could be launched anytime in coming months.

The Huawei Nova and Nova Plus both devices are camera focused and all three commercials hints the camera features of the devices. The standard model features a 12MP rear camera with OIS, phase detection, 4K video recording, and auto focus. While, the Nova Plus 16MP rear cameras with Optical Image Stabilization, phase detection auto focus and 4K video recording.


Both devices have 8MP front camera for capturing stunning selfies. Both Nova and Nova Plus run Android (6.0) with Emotion 4.1 UI at the top. Chinese manufacturer also mentions that the smartphone and their optics will allow users to be cool and fun.


The company didn’t reveal any information regarding the launch date of the Nova and Nova Plus in the United States and other countries. However, the Plus variant will be launched in Canada in October. So we assume that the smartphone would land in the US market in the same month.


In terms of specifications, the Nova packs a 5.5 inch IPS LCD display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolutions. The device is powered by Octa-core, 2000 MHz, ARM Cortex-A53, 64-bit processor, has 3GB RAM, and 32GB internal storage.


The Nova Plus also features 5.5 inch IPS LCD screen with 1080x1920 pixel resolutions. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625, has 3GB of RAM, 32GB native storage, and 3340 mAh battery. The Nova and Nova Plus supports fingerprint scanner and wrapped in aluminum body.
