On Friday Oppo released its new smartphone Oppo A57 in its home country. It is a mid-range smartphone that will be available in China starting December 12 at price of CNY 1,599.
The Oppo A57 features a 5.2-inch HD LCD display with 720x1280 resolution and 2.5D curved glass. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM and clubbed with Adreno 505 GPU for graphics. The device runs 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box customised with Oppo's ColorOS 3.0 skin on top.
There is no information regarding the device’s availability. But, the smartphone will be available in two variants Gold and Rose Gold color options. The Oppo A57 comes with a 16MP front facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, and PDAF. The smartphone also has a fingerprint scanner mounted on the physical home button on the front. The smartphone is powered by a 2900mAh battery.
It comes with 32GB storage and can be expandable MicroSD card up to 128GB. It offers 4G LTE, GPRS/EDGE, Bluetooth v4.1, Wi-Fi, GPS, USB, and 3.5mm audio jack. It weights 147 grams, and measures 149.1x72.9x7.65mm.
In addition, lately launched Oppo R9s is available for purchase in China. To review quickly, the Oppo R9s It features a 5.5 inches display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. The device is powered by Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625, clubbed with Octa-core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53, and clocked at Adreno 506. It has 64 GB native storage and 4 GB of RAM. The Oppo R9s is available for RMB 2,799 (approximately $415) in the market.
