As we already know Nokia is returning to smartphone industry and according to rumors the company will launch a couple of Android smartphones next year. Nokia is working on its flagship, a couple of rumors regarding device also launched.
As per a Weibo post, the upcoming Nokia smartphone will come in either 5.2 inch screen or 5.5 inch display with QHD resolution. The Nokia device is said to be powered by Snapdragon 820 chipset, Qualcomm will release Snapdragon 835 in 2017 so some devices of Nokia could come with the latest chipset too. Take this rumor with a pinch of salt because chances of using Snapdragon 830 are rear.
Some rumors hint the camera will carry Carl Zeiss branding like the Nokias of old, but no more details about the camera have been exposed. A smartphone with metal casing and Nokia badge on top also leaked in images. It appears that the Nokia smartphone will come with a metallic body so the device is expected to feature a trendy design.
The smartphone will be waterproof but what IP rating would be it’s not confirmed yet. A previous leak hints that Nokia devices will be unveiled at MWC 2017.
