Apple iPhone 7 and Google Pixel Speed Test with Shocking Results

Earlier this month Google released its first branded devices Pixel and Pixel XL. Both smartphones are in direct competition with Apple’s iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. The prices of Google devices are same as the Apple’s 2016 flagships. The Android Company has tried to provide the flawless optimization between hardware and software that iOS devices offer.

Today, speed test of Google Pixel and iPhone 7 are out and bring along a few bombshells. Previous different speed tests have proved iPhone is faster than every Android smartphone. The iPhone launches app and other softwares faster than other devices.

A YouTuber Safwan Ahmedmia posted a video of a comparison between Google Pixel and iPhone 7 Plus. The speed test shows that Google smartphone is a bit closer to iPhone. According to speed test, when it came to launching and loading light apps such as calculator, YouTube, and Twitter the Google Pixel was able to match the speed of the iPhone.

When it came to launching the camera from standby mode, the Google Pixel’s performance was better than iPhone.  The Android device came second best when it came to launching games. The YouTuber performed fingerprint scanning test as well in its second video, iPhone 7 came second with a noticeable difference.

These YouTube video tests show that even Google made the device really well but it still lacks in speed in few tests. However, it’s Google’s first smartphone and if it will continue to bring quality devices it may beat Apple iPhone in speed.
