While everyone is waiting for upcoming Samsung Galaxy On Nxt smartphone which is planned to launch on October 20 at 8pm (IST). Now pricing information of the smartphone has come to light. While previous renders show that Flipkart was using the ‘Nxt’ name as a placeholder for another device whose name it didn’t want to reveal.
There was speculation that the next Samsung smartphone Galaxy On will be called as Galaxy On Nxt in India and it will be sold via Flipkart exclusively. Now the render has confirmed by two sources on Wednesday. The device will be priced around $269 (approximately INR 18000) according to current exchange rates.
However, exact specifications of the Samsung Galaxy On Nxt are not exposed yet but we expect that its specifications will resemble to Galaxy J5 (2016) and Galaxy J7 (2016) with some upgrades. The improvements will be made to chipset and RAM.
The Galaxy J5 (2016) features a 5.2 Super AMOLED screen with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. It is powered by Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410, coupled with Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53, and clocked at Adreno 306. The smartphone has 13 MP rear camera with f/1.9, 28mm, autofocus, and LED flash. It packs a 5 MP selfie camera with f/1.9, and LED flash. The Galaxy J5 (2016) supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, and hotspot connectivity options. A 3100 juicy mAh battery pack provides power to the device and it comes in White, Black, Gold, and Rose Gold color options.
