Last month Xiaomi released its Mi MIX device with near bezel-less display and touting a 91.3 percent screen to body ratio. According to a new leak Xiaomi may launch another variant of the smartphone soon.
A Chinese smartphone leakster has claimed that Xiaomi Mi MIX Nano with a 5.5 inch screen will be released soon. The tipster shared a picture on Weibo, he also claimed some insides of the impromptu smartphone, which is will be little smaller than the Mi MiX.
The smartphone will run Android 6.0 and powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor. It will have 64GB internal storage and 4GB of RAM. He also shared a hazy picture of the supposed Mi MIX Nano device captured in a dim light situation. Unluckily, there is not much information regarding design of the device. The tipster also claimed a pricing of the device would be CNY 3,000.
The source isn’t verified so in spite of above all take Xiaomi Mi MIX Nano’s rumors with a pinch of salt, till we hear an official announcement about the device.
The Mi MIX device was launched last month; the main feature of the smartphone is its curved edge display. It comes with a 6.4 inch display 1080x2040 pixels resolution and 17:9 aspects. It has a 4GB/ 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM and is powered by a 2.35GHz quad-core Snapdragon 821 SoC. The Mi MIX features a 16MP main camera with PDAF, an f/2.0 aperture and dual-tone. It has a 5MP front shooter as well for selfies. Now Indians clam down because Xiaomi has already announced that the smartphone will not be launched in India.
