Apple iPhone 8 Rumored to come with 3D Camera

Apple’s next flagship iPhone 8 is rumored to come with 3D camera optics. The smartphone will be able to capture 3D pictures; while predecessors come with 3D Touch Display. Apple is reported to team up with LG Innotek to develop a new camera module capable of snapping images in an astonishing new way.


The Korea Economic Daily told by Industry sources, Apple is now studying how to apply its 3D camera technology into the LG Innotek’s smartphone camera. LG Innotek has its own 3D camera and relevant technologies, alliance of both companies will likely to offer something unique next year. Under 3D picture technology, two different lenses will take pictures and then combine to create the illusion of depth.


The rumor is not verified by any official source so take it as a pinch of salt. We have to wait till next Septmber to dig out either Apple will introduce this feature or not.  Some sources claim that the next iPhone model will not need any plug-in charger for battery charging. The new wireless charging technology will allow users to charge the device from a distance of at least 15 feets. So you won’t need carry a charger with you.


It is also said that the device will be made with full glass body with fingerprint scanner embedded somewhere on the display. Some analysts say that the iPhone 8 could be able to fold in half just like old fashioned phones.
