Samsung Announced Galaxy S7 Edge Pearl Black

As reported earlier, Samsung has officially announced Galaxy S7 Edge smartphone in the Black Pearl color variant. The new glossy color will come only in 128GB storage device and will be available for purchase on December 9.


Samsung said in a press release, "The new Black Pearl Galaxy S7 edge follows the Blue Coral and Pink Gold editions released earlier this year. While those were mainly enthused by calming, usual hues, Black Pearl was intended to be modern and striking."


South Korea will get the Galaxy S7 Edge Black Pearl first and the device will be available only in selected markets. Rest specifications of the device will remain same; it features 5.5 Super AMOLED screen with 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution. The smartphone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box and powered by Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820, and clocked at Exynos 8890 Octa. The standard smartphone comes in 32/64 GB internal storage and 4 GB RAM, while Pearl Black color will be available only in 128GB storage options.


The Galaxy S7 Edge bears 12 MP rear camera with f/1.7, 26mm, phase detection autofocus, OIS, and LED flash. The 5 MP selfie camera comes with 1/4.1" sensor size, 1.34 µm pixel size, f/1.7, 22mm, dual video call, and Auto HDR. It houses a 3600 mAh battery and comes with Quick Charge 2.0 support. The smartphone is available in Black, White, Gold, Silver, and Pink Gold color options.
