Chinese Company OnePlus just released its upgraded OnePlus 3T smartphone, but a new news hints that the company is working on its next flagship. The smartphone would be out anytime in 2017. But, wait what about the OnePlus 4? Previous rumors suggest that OnePlus 4 is under manufacturing phase, but now it seems that the firm has skipped the OnePlus 4 overall and launch OnePlus 5 instead. The company made this move because number 4 is considered unsuccessful in China.
The OnePlus 5 is expected to feature a ceramic body, made by the similar company that crafted Xiaomi Mi Mix body. OnePlus has used ceramic as a premium chassis material in its devices; it also has used zirconia ceramic finish in OnePlus X last year.
Apart from body, the OnePlus 5 is rumored to pack a 5.5 inch Quad HD AMOLED display with high resolution. The device is powered by Snapdragon 835 chipset and it will have 6GB of RAM. Unluckily, there is no information regarding the camera, price, and storage of the device. The smartphone could come in black glossy black just like iPhone 7 Jet Black.
