Motorola Moto X Play Spotted on GFXBench Running Android 7.1.1

A few weeks ago, the Motorola Moto X Play with Android 7.1.1 Nougat was spotted on GFXBench website. After that Moto X Style also appeared on benchmarking website. It suggests that the software update is under testing phase and will be released soon.

As for specifications, the Motorola Moto X Play packs a 5.6 inch IPS LCD display with 2560x1440 resolutions. The device is powered by Qualcomm MSM8992 Snapdragon 808, coupled with hexa core CPU @1.8 GHz, and clocked at Adreno 418. The smartphone has 16GB, 32GB, and 64 GB internal storage with 3 GB of RAM.


The Motorola Moto X Play has 21 MP rear camera with f/2.0, 27 mm, phase detection autofocus, and dual-LED (dual tone) flash. A 5 MP selfie camera with f/2.0, 1.4 µm pixel size, and LED flash is also found on the backside of the device.


 It  gets power with a removable 3000 mAh battery and supports fast battery charging which charges 34% smartphone in 15 minutes. The Moto X Play is available in Black, Gray, and White colors. The device measures 153.9 x 76.2 x 11.1 mm and weights 179g.


It is not confirmed that either Motorola Moto X Play or Motorola Moto X Style will get Android updates first. Additionally, Moto M has released in Europe, so you can buy the device if you want.
