Kodak Ektra Android Phone is now officially available for Purchase in Europe

Back in October, Kodak launched Android powered Ektra smartphone. The device is available for purchase in Europe. The camera focused smartphone is available for €499 (approximately $525) via Kodaks official store and Amazon.

In terms of specifications, the Kodak Ektra features a 5 inch full HD display and it is powered by Helio X20 chipset. It has 32GB native storage and 3GG of RAM. A 3000 mAh battery wakes the device up. As for camera, the Kodak Ektra houses a 21MP rear camera with an f/2.0 lens and Optical Image Stabilization.

The main camera also features Phase Detection AF, 4K video recording and dual-LED, dual-tone LED flash. A 13MP camera is also found on the front side of the device. The Kodak Ektra features a wealthy collection of picture editing features. For videos, you can have fun with grains, vignettes and that nostalgic Super 8 look that is still alive today.

Currently, there is no information regarding the devices availability in the US. So, we anticipate that the device will hit US market sometime early next year. The main selling point of the smartphone is its camera which is quite impressive. The device comes with leather made accessories such as camera case. The company mentions that the Kodak Ektra is all out old school experience.
