Samsung Gear Fit 2 was released back in June along with the Gear IconX has received a price cut in the US. The fitness band is available for purchase via Amazon and it is listed on the website for below $150.
Particularly, the large model is listed for $149, while the small model is available for $148.06, meaning the larger model get $31 and the small model got $32 discount correspondingly. Before this discount offer both models carry a $179.99 price tag. Whilst, Samsung US still has the band listed for $179.99.
As for specifications, the Geart Fit 2 comes with 1.55 inch Super AMOLED screen; it is powered by a dual core 1.0 GHz processor with 4GB of storage. The Gear Fit contains an optical heart-rate sensor, GPS connectivity for tracking users’ outdoor activities without carrying a smartphone. It comes with an IP68 immersion certification and houses a 200mAh battery which is expected to last up to 3 days of use or 5 days of standby time.
The Geart Fit 2 supports Samsung wireless earbuds that work like a normal pair of Bluetooth headphones. You can navigate and control your playlist without touch and it offers 4GB of storage as well.
