Motorola Launches Moto M with 16MP Rear Camera and 3050 mAh Battery

Today, Motorola launched Moto M along with Lenovo P2 in China. The listings show that the Motorola Moto M comes with fingerprint scanner and 8-megapixel front camera. The device priced for CNY 1,999 (approximately USD 294).


 

In terms of specifications, the Moto M features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) display. The mid-range smartphone is powered by a 2.2GHz MediaTek Helio P15 octa-core processor with a 4GB of RAM. It offers 32GB of inbuilt storage, but there’s no information about memory expansion. The device has full metal unibody design with antenna bands on top and bottom.

In photography section, the Moto M sports a 16MP rear camera with dual-LED flash, and PDAF. An 8MP camera found on the front side of the device for selfies and video chats. It comes with the rectangular camera unit at the back appear on most Moto smartphones these days. The Moto M’s Gold color variant is listed on the company’s website. The listing shows that Moto M comes with a double layer nano-coating to shield it from sprinkle, falls and splashes.

The device has a 3050 mAh battery to keep the device up and also comes with support for fast charging. The volume and power buttons are on the right side and navigation buttons are fixed on screen.
