Sony Xperia XZ is available for Purchase in Germany, Netherlands, and US

Sony Xperia XZ was unveiled in September this year and it was up for pre-orders. Now the device is available for purchase in Germany, USA, and Netherlands. Probably the Xperia XZ will cost €699 at major retailers in Netherlands.

You can also buy the Sony Xperia XZ at the manufacturer’s website; the company also refers carrier websites, where you can opt for a contract deal. All other stores in Europe are still in pre-order mode. Some retailers in Germany states that the smartphone will be debuted in 2-4 days. In the USA, BestBuy is selling the device for $699. You can order Xperia XZ via Amazon as well, but you have to wait till October 12. If you are in the UK you can pre-order the smartphone through Amazon, shipment will begin on October 18.


To recall, the Xperia XZ features 5.2 inch display with IPS LCD with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolutions. The device runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow which is planned upgrade to Android 7.0 Nougat. It is powered by Chipset      Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820, clocked at Quad-core (2x2.15 GHz Kryo & 2x1.6 GHz Kryo), and coupled with GPU Adreno 530.


It has 32/64 GB internal storage with 3 GB of RAM. The Xperia XA houses a 23 MP rear camera with f/2.0, 24mm, phase detection and laser autofocus, and LED flash. It has a 13 MP front snapper with f/2.0, 22mm, 1/3" sensor size, 1080p, and HDR. The smartphone offers Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, hotspot, and Bluetooth v4.2 connectivity options. It supports fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, barometer, compass, and color spectrum. A 2900 mAh battery powers up the device, and the smartphone comes in Platinum, Mineral Black, Forest blue, and Deep pink color.
