Meizu Announced Meizu m3s with 3020 mAh Battery

After unveiling Meizu m3 the company launched Meizu m3s, which is little upgraded over current m3 device. Both devices has similar specifications except few differences, let’s dig out what’s in the devices.

Both devices Meizu m3 and Meizu m3s feature 5.0 IPS LCD 5.0 screen with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. Both smartphones are powered by Mediatek MT6750, coupled with Octa-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53, and clocked at Mali-T860MP2. Both runs Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box, and come in two variants such as 2GB of RAM with 16GB native storage and the other is 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage. 

 

In the photography section, there is a 13 MP rear camera with f/2.2 lens, phase detection autofocus, and dual-LED. There is a 5MP camera as well with f/2.0 sensor.  When it comes to differences, the Meizu M3 posses a 2870 mAh battery and Meizu m3s comes slightly bigger battery such as 3020 mAh battery, obviously the bigger battery offers more talk time. 

 

The Meizu m3 measures 141.5 x 69.5 x 8.3 mm and weights 132 g, while the Meizu m3s measures 141.9 x 69.9 x 8.3 mm and weights 138 g. The connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and GLONASS. The Meizu m3s has Nectom support which means it can work on all Chinese networks. Both smartphones support dual-SIM and come in Gray, White, Blue, Pink, and Gold color options. 

 

In China, the 16GB standard model is priced at CNY 699 (approximately $106), whilst the 32GB variant comes with CNY 899 ($136). The prices outside of the country could be different, if the company debut Meizu m3s outside of the China then international we could get exact price of the device.
