Vivo X9 Rumored to have dual Selfie camera Setup

Recent rumors suggest that Vivo’s forthcoming device Vivo X9 will pack a dual main camera setup. Now a new render hint that the Vivo X9 will come with a dual front facing camera too.

The smartphone is tipped to power by Snapdragon 653 chipset and 64GB storage. According to other speculations, the X9 will posses 6GB of RAM, which is supposed to launch next month. Most probably 6GB variant will be unveiled along with 4GB basic model on November 17. The Vivo X9 would be the successor of the Vivo X7 which was released back in June.

The 12 MP main camera will probably be a Sony Exmor IMX 260 lens just like Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. The same camera setup is also found on Galaxy Note 7, which is discontinued due to battery explosion. The Vivio X9 will support Clear Sight dual camera technology, which may permit Vivo to use an RGB (color) sensor and a monochrome sensor to capture better photos with less noise.

Recently launched Oppo R9s is the first smartphone to be powered by Snapdragon 653 and we anticipate that the X9 would be a second smartphone to feature the same chipset. The dual camera is not a new technology; HTC One M8 was the first smartphone to come with dual camera setup. Now many other smartphones such as LG G5, Honor 8, Apple iPhone 7 Plus, and Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus feature dual camera setup.
