An Entry Level Nokia Smartphone Spotted on GeekBench Website

The Finnish company Nokia is working hard to come back in the mobile industry, and this time the company will try its luck in Android smartphones. The upcoming devices are expected to come at MWC 2017. HMD Global-the firm behind Nokia’s device launch has confirmed that it will attend the MWC event next year.


Different Nokia smartphones have also spotted on a couple of benchmarking websites. Now a new smartphone also appeared on GeekBench website and reveal specifications too, the listing hints that the spotted device is an entry level phone.


According to GeekBench listing, a new smartphone with the name of Nokia Pixel spotted, it runs latest Android 7.0.1 Nougat out of the box. The device is also seen powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 SoC coupled with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone is rumored to support Quick Charge 3.0 technology inside to charge the battery.


As per GeekBench tests, the Nokia Pixel scored 404 on the single-core test while it resulted with 661 on the multi-core test. It is said that Nokia will change the name of the smartphone before being officially launched.


Nokia’s most rumored D1C device will also launch next year at MWC. The specifications of the Nokia D1C were also exposed on GeekBench website. Some rumors hint that the Nokia 5320, and Nokia 1490 will also be launched at MWC.  Another rumor, hints that the upcoming Nokia device will come in either 5.2inch screen or 5.5inch screen.
