Report: Meizu Metal M3 Metal Variant will be Launched Next Month

A new report coming from China which reveals that Meizu’s M3 Smartphone will be officially launched next month on 13 June. The prominent feature of the device is its metal clad body due to which it looks decent and trendy.

Recently the device spotted on TENNA and reveals its specifications, the Meizu M3 Smartphone features a 5.0 inch IPS LCD display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolutions. The device is powered by Mediatek MT6750, coupled with Octa-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53, and clocked at Mali-T860MP2. The Meizu M3 comes in two variants one houses 16 GB native staorge with 2 GB RAM and the other one has 32 GB of storage, with 3 GB of RAM. There is a 13 MP rear camera with f/2.2, phase detection autofocus, and dual-LED. On the front side of the mobile there is a 5MP front facing camera with f/2.0 lens.


The Dual SIM handset weights 132 g and measures 141.5 x 69.5 x 8.3 mm. The standard version runs YunOS but the metal body device will run Android 5.0 OS and it features accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass sensors. Some basic connectivity options are Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, dual-band, hotspot, microUSB v2.0. There is a 3000 mAh battery that keeps the device wake up. The Meizu M3 comes in White, Blue, Gray Pink, and Gold color options. The company is also planning to launch Meizu MX6 in a separate event on June 20, so let’s wait till both devices land in the market.
