Microsoft appeared in MWC with its large size version of Lumia 640. The large version is known as Lumia 640XL. The Lumia 640 has 5-inch display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. The display type is ClearBlack IPS display and protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The handset is the windows based handset and runs Windows 8.1 operating system and has the power of 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with Adreno 305 GPU. The Lumia 640 has the capacity of 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM which can be further extended up to 128GB with microSD . This is the dual sim device and has 8megapixel rear and 1megapixel front-facing camera. However the handset is the basic level handset but it supports the latest LTE connectivity and energized by 2500mAh battery. The Lumia 640 is available in orange, cyan, matte black, and white colors and the price is different because of the connectivity difference. The 3G model of the handset is available against the price of $139 and the 4G model has the price tag of $177. Both the version of the handset will be available in April.
