Samsung always tries to be the near the heart of their consumers. This is the only reason Samsung reveals the series of the smartphones in different range. Everyone can find the smartphone from low to mid and high range according to their requirements and necessity. In this sunny season Samsung reveals the complete range of low range devices besides the high range. Galaxy Core 2 is one of the set belonging to the mid range family. Design and Display

Samsung always follows the slim rule as they have lots of trendy slim body handsets. Samsung Galaxy Core 2 also has a slim body. The handset measures 130.3 x 68 x 9.8 mm by dimension which gives the equal and prefect shape to the edges. The handset is light in weight and easy to carry. Users can easily use the handset by using with one hand. The handset weighs 138 grams which is quite reasonable to carry the handset and this weight makes the handset handy rather than the burden. The handset is made up with TFT capacitive touch screen. The screen measures 4.5 inches with 480x 800 pixels resolution. However the screen resolution is not very high but it’s enough to make the handset screen useful in bright light as well as in bright light.

Software and User interface

Samsung Galaxy Core 2 runs Android 4.4.2 Kitkat operating system. This is one of the lightest operating system which consumes low power to keep the handset on and increase the life of the handset battery but unfortunately Samsung could not provide their own designed interface to the users, but  users don’t need to be disappointed the handset is fully equipped with beautifully designed Android interface which is also easy in use and the interface did not arise the hanging problem in the handset and users can enjoy the applications and features of the handset without any interruption. Downloading apps and install them in a handset is easy in this operating system. There are lots of apps available in the operating system as default applications and users don’t need to put the extra efforts to use them at all.

Processor and Memory

The handset is a low range handset. According to the price company provides the well balanced hardware configuration to the handset. The handset is embedded with 1.2 GHz Quad Core processor which gives the enough speed to the handset. The RAM capacity in the handset is low and it is unexpected and the reason behind this low capacity only known by the officials. There is only 768 MB RAM found in the handset. This is a point of little disappointment for the users because they are unable to download the large game file or any video they want to keep with them but the on board memory is 4 GB provided by the company and the on board memory can be extended up to 64 GB via microSD card. However users are unable to save and run the large files in the mobile memory because of RAM but they can save their data on their external memory. If users try to save the large file in the phone memory the processor gets affected and users have to face the slow speed problem during the usage of their smartphone to avoid this unnecessary problem they should avoid to save the needless data on their smartphone.

Camera

The handset is provided with a Primary camera of 5 mega pixels, 2592 х 1944 pixels density. Though, the pixel density is not very high but, quite sufficient for average results. The camera has an autofocus smart feature which focuses the moving object or a photo angle automatically without putting the manual efforts. LED flash is another feature of smart camera which helps the users to capture the fine images even in the darker light. The handset has a secondary VGA camera. Although, secondary camera density is still not known but the handset has a VGA secondary camera.

Battery

The handset is energized with Li-Ion 2000 mAh battery. Though the stand by time and talk time is still not known but according to the capacity we can assume that the handset provides the enough stand by time to keep the handset on and gives the good talk time for the loquacious persons. The handset battery is removable. If users face the handset hanging problem they just need to pulled the back cover out remove the battery and then insert the battery again and turn on the handset the handset is in a working condition again and if any miss handling happens with the battery they just need to replace the battery instead to replacing the whole handset. The users always like to use the handset that has the removable battery option because they feel the irritation to use the handset that have the non removable battery.
