A supposed image of the upcoming device Galaxy S6 has been seen on the internet. It appears design of Galaxy 6 is the combination of ideas adopted from Note 4, iPhone 6 and Galaxy Alpha. The leaked images clearly show Samsung ‘home button’ and it is expected that the button will not be jutting out from the plain surface of the body and it will be flush with surface.
The handset comes in a slim body so it carries thin bezel and screen spreads from side to side leaving not much visible on the edges. The corners of the handset have been rounded in a very fine way and look similar to iPhone 6 and Galaxy Alpha and one maybe mistaken in identifying it from them. It is only because of the size that it looks different.
The leaked images give us the sight that the handset has a metal body and it is because the idea has been taken from Galaxy Alpha which was much appreciated in metal body. Samsung has tried that here also. Probably it will be the first metal body flagship; if at all Samsung goes through with this idea.
It will be a departure from the normal because all Galaxy S series are plastic made and this alone would be in metal. This will give it premium look and would be able to compete better with its rivals like HTC that has metal body flagships in the market.
Another feature to note is the curve screen that Galaxy Edge was embedded with. This curved screen would increase the thickness of the handset and may not be like the visualized picture of the handset.
