The operating system Android 5.0 Lollipop was released to HTC for HTC ONE M8 about three months back and there were rumors of the operating system updates to be issued to the smartphones now; somehow they have been held back and not being provided at present, maybe they are slightly delayed.
We had seen recently in pictures sense and Lollipop running together and it was expected that Android 5.0 lollipop update would be issued last Friday but they have not being given to the users. HTC had put in lot of hard work to developed Sense 6 for integration with Android 5.0 Lollipop and also sent it to the users of HTC ONE M8. HTC is producing HTC M9 and the Sense 6 Update to regain the balance and stabilize the business in the market which has slightly decreased. With the stoppage of Android update HTC has to only rely upon a good smartphone and its own user interface. It is believed Android 5.0 Lollipop has its own problems which HTC does not want its smartphone to have and its waiting for Google to remove those weak spots.
