Black Berry Users Have A Great Deal T Mobile Offer 100 USD For New Phones
On Wednesday, BlackBerry sent out an email to T-Mobile customers, trying to get them to buy a new 'Berry directly from the Canadian manufacturer.
The very next day, T-Mobile CEO John Leger wrote how disappointed T-Mobile was, when BlackBerry announced earlier this week that it would not renew the carrier's license when it expires on April 25th.
And Leger also fired back at BlackBerry's promotional salvo from Wednesday, which was designed to get 'Berry users to move off of the T-Mobile network. BlackBerry offered customers of the fourth largest carrier $100 off the price of a BlackBerry Q5, BlackBerry Q10, and BlackBerry Z10, if purchased from the company's own Shop BlackBerry website. On Thursday, T-Mobile said it is offering BlackBerry users $100 off the price of any phone, including the Z10 or Q10. And T-Mobile is leaving this deal open until the end of the year.

In his open letter, Leger also hinted that another Un-carrier initiative is coming that will give customers of T-Mobile more value and a bigger reason to stay with the carrier. That should be interesting. In the meantime, it seems that Leger and BlackBerry CEO John Chen have played each other to a stalemate. We wonder what's next.
