Samsung is working on their “O” series and in this series we already have two members; Galaxy O7 and Galaxy O5 now another member of this family named Galaxy Mega On visited the Chinese regulatory authority TENAA for getting the approval certificate and as per trend TENAA revealed some information about the upcoming mobile phone.
According to TENAA, the Galaxy Mega On has SM-G5500 model number and will come in 5.1 inches display with 720x1280 pixels resolution. Still the name of the processor is not confirmed yet but the speed of a processor is 1.2GHz paired with Exynos 3475 chipset. The Smartphone has 1 GB RAM paired with 8 GB internal memory which can be increased externally up to 128GB via the microSD card.
Galaxy Mega On contained 8 MP rear and 5 MP front facing camera. This Android Smartphone also supports TD-LTE, LTF FDD which is the standards of Chinese LTE networks. TENAA further confirmed that the handset will be energized with 2600mA battery and Android Lollipop version is pre-installed inside the handset.
According to the leaked specs information, the Galaxy Mega On stands in the line of budget friendly smart phones. Though the price and the release date of the handset is still under the hood but it is expected that the Galaxy “O” series will go on sale before the end of this year.
