Last year Samsung launched Galaxy handsets in the A series and now in 2015 it is introducing two new series, the E series which has been recently announced and the other is J series of which Galaxy J1 is the first.
Just a day before Samsung introduce Galaxy J1 with model number SM-J100H on its Malaysian website meaning that it would be release soon. It is expected it would be powered with 1.2Ghz dual core processor of some other unknown origin.
The Galaxy J1 is a low end dual SIM smartphone having 4.3 inches WVGA display with 480x 800 pixels resolution and runs Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. Samsung placed 5 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and 2 mega pixel front facing camera with the movement detection feature.
Galaxy J1 carries 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB on board memory which can be further extended via microSD card. The handset is featured with 1850mAh battery. The release date and the price of the handset is still under the cover but it is expected that device will be available soon at a reasonable price.
