Now days smartphones manufacturers are busy to finalize the things for their appearance in MWC 2015 and their upcoming handsets which are the hot topic of discussion and users seems impatient to welcome the mobiles. HTC is the first who starts sending the invitation of their event which will take place on 1st March 2015 at Barcelona and they have a plan to release HTC ONE M9 and HTC ONE M9 Plus in the event.
Both versions of the handset will run Android 5.0 Lollipop and feature with Snapdragon 810 system on chip coupled with 3 GB of RAM. We have already known the release date of HTC ONE M9 and now we are getting aware about the specs of ONE M9 through some reliable sources.
Now HTC ROM developer confirmed the camera specs of the handset as well and according to developer the device is featured with 20 mega pixel rear camera and module used inside the handset is Toshiba T4KA7 camera sensor. The specialty of this camera module is;
“With an optical format of 1/2.4 inch, the T4KA7 sensor enables development of camera modules with a zheight of 6 mm or less to meet consumer demand for thinner and lighter mobile devices. The T4KA7 uses high-speed circuitry to deliver frame rates of 22 fps at full-resolution capture”.
