HTC One M9 Plus announced officially with Duo Camera

HTC has moved a step ahead and after announcing HTC ONE M9 just a few weeks back has now announced another smartphone with the name HTC ONE M9 Plus which is the phablet version of the regular device.

The new announced Android phone HTC ONE M9 Plus has the same beautiful unibody metal design and in addition has in built a fingerprint scanner in the home button. This device has again the Duo Camera as it was present in One M8 a year back.

This new phablet model has been introduce in Beijing and presently will be sold only in China. The specs sheet of the newly introduce HTC One M9 plus includes many good features. It is Android Phone and run Android 5.0 Lollipop with HTC’s own 'China Sense' UI. Physically it has the dimensions of 150.99 x 71.99 x 9.61mm. The handset has 5.2-inch LCD display with 1440 x 2560-pixel resolution and the type of the display is Quad HD. The processor consists of MediaTek MT6795T octa-core chip with the speed of 2.2GHz and has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The HTC ONE M9 Plus is featured with 20MP rear camera and 'UltraPixel' front camera.

HTC One M9 Plus has more advanced features than the One M9, and important is that it is only being released in China alone. The fingerprint scanner supports the AliPay Wallet cashless payment system.  The Apple Pay is right now the trendy solution for payments limited to the United States. Similarly HTC backs a rival mobile payment system for the Chinese market only.

We have to see how the One M9 Plus should have been with the inclusions of the fingerprint scanner that is a standard flagship feature these days. We have yet to know how the new MT6795T system chip will perform in comparison Snapdragon 810.
