About 2 weeks ago, Huawei Honor made Honor V8 official in China. Today two devices Honor 5A and Honor 5A Plus, spotted on the TENAA website for certification and revealed its specifications and design.
The base model Honor 5A features 5-inch HD display and it is powered by quad-core 1.3GHz processor. It comes with 16GB internal storage and 2GB RAM. The mobile packs 13MP main camera, 2MP front facing camera, and 2,200mAh battery. The Honor 5A runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box and supports 4G LTE. The device weights 138 grams, it is 72 mm wide, 8.9 mm thin, and 143.8 mm tall.
Coming towards Honor 5A Plus specifications, the mobile has CAM-AL00 model number and it features a bigger display as compare to the base model. It has a 5.5-inch HD display and powered by octa-core 1.8GHz CPU. The Honor 5A Plus has the same storage as a standard model, it comes with 2GB and 16GB. It houses a large 3,000mAh battery which keeps the device on. The battery is supposed to provide at least 2 days battery life. For photography lovers the smartphone owns a 13MP main camera with an 8MP front camera. The listing exposes that the 5A Plus weighs 168 grams and measures 154.3 x 77.1 x 8.45 mm. The Honor 5A Plus smartphone is for those users who want to enjoy bigger screen.
Both devices have appeared on TENAA website which indicates that launch event is not too far, we expect to see the launch of both devices soon. Both devices will be available in White, Black, and Gold color. For now, there is no information about availability of the smartphones outside of the China, however, we expect to see the device in other regions as well.
