LeEco 2Future will start at 11:00am today in New Delhi, India. LeEco has already declared that it will unveil second generation of LeEco devices and currently it will launch Le 2, Le 2 Pro, and Le Max 2 smartphone are expected to be launch.
The company announced three devices in China in April and all devices are expected to hit the India market. The company advertizes that these are world’s first devices to trench 3.5mm audio jack, in favour of a USB Type-C port. Yesterday a rumor came out of China and suggested that LeEco will lauch Snapdragon 830 powered device this month, let's wait till the render comes true.
The Le 2 features 5.5 inches display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and it is powered by Mediatek MT6797 Helio X20. Under the hood, there is 32 GB internal storage and 3 GB RAM of RAM. On the back side of the smartphone, there is a 16 MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash; there is a 8MP front facing camera as well. The mobile supports Type-C 1.0 reversible connector and fingerprint scanner. A 3000 mAh battery keeps the device on and it comes in Rose Gold color options.
The LeEco Le 2 Pro is equipped with 5.5 inches IPS LCD with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. The device is powered by Mediatek MT6797T Helio X25 and it has 32GB native storage with 4GB of RAM. There is a 21MP main camera with 8MP front camera. The dual-SIM smartphone supports fingerprint sensor, Type-C 1.0, and comes in three color options such as Silver, Gray, and Rose Gold.
The LeEco Le Max 2 packs 5.7 inches LTPS IPS LCD screen with 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution. The dual-SIM device is powered by Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820. It comes in two variants such as 32/64 GB native storage with 4 GB RAM and second variant will have 64 GB internal storage with 6 GB RAM. It has 21MP rear camera with 8MP selfie snapper. A 3100 mAh battery will keep the mobile on and it comes in Silver, Gold, and Gray color options. The Le 2, Le Pro, and Le 2 Max run Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
As for prices, the Le 2 comes with CNY 1,099 (approximately USD $167) price tag, while the Le 2 Pro is available for CNY 1,399 (roughly USD $ 212), and Le Max 2 4GB RAM/ 32GB storage is priced at CNY 2,099 (about USD $ 319) price tag, the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant is available for CNY 2,299 (approximately USD $ 349) price tag, and 6GB RAM/ 64GB variant will cost you CNY 2,499 (roughly USD $380). We expect that all devices will carry the same price tag in India market.
