Lenovo Launches K6, K6 power, and K6 Note at IFA

Lenovo has launched a couple of affordable devices at IFA such as the Lenovo K6, Lenovo K6 Power, and Lenovo K6 Note. All these smartphones shares several of the same specifications.

All these devices are powered by Snapdragon 430 chipset coupled with octa-core CPU 4 Cortex-A53 cores clocked up to 1.5GHz.  The Lenovo K6 standard model comes with 16GB or 32GB storage with 2GB of RAM. While, the Lenovo K6 Power is available in 2GB/16GB and 3GB/32GB flavors. The phablet K6 Note has 3GB of RAM or 4GB of RAM with 32GB storage.  All variants support MicroSD card for storage expansion.


When it comes to the display, the K6 and K6 Power both feature 5-inch screen, whilst the K6 Note comes with a bigger screen, it has a 5.5 inch display. All devices come with FullHD resolution. The K6 Power, and K6 Note gets a 4000 mAh battery, while the Lenovo K6 features a 3000 mAh battery.


In terms of camera, the K6 and K6 Power both feature a 13MP rear camera, whilst the K6 Note comes with the 16MP primary camera. The primary camera comes with autofocus and phase detection feature. All variants have an 8MP front camera which captures good selfies.


These three smartphones are dual-SIM supported, and offer LTE, Wi-Fi b/g/n (no ac), Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS connectivity options. Each of the three devices have got Dolby Atmos certification and support fingerprint sensor which is embedded on the backside.


All devices run Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box which could be upgradable to Android 7.0 Nougat. Pricing details of the three devices are not known yet, and all devices will go on sale later this month.
