Lenovo took a wise step by introducing Think Pad 10 and put Microsoft in tight corner by offering a tough competition and made them prove their metal in hardware business. Think Pad 10 is one compact windows tablet having 64-bit Windows 8.1 operating system, with aluminum body and Gorilla Glass protected screen. Lenovo only had to build its own new tablet with no special or extra arrangements.
Lenovo tablet ThinkPad 10 has multiple configurations to suite the choice and requirements of all users because of its complete computing abilities. The tablet has HDMI-out (High-Definition Multimedia Interface. It has HD IPS (High Definition In-plane switching) panel and many accessories. It is just 1.3 pounds (610 g) in weight; half-a-pound less than Surface Pro 2 because of the cooling requirement in Surface Pro 2 whereas quad-core Intel Atom 1.6GHz CPU installed in Lenovo tablet ThinkPad 10 needs no such arrangement.
It has 10 inches display with a 1200 x 1920 resolution with a digitizer pen, Quad core, 1600 MHz processor with Intel Atom Z3795 system chip, with the options of 2GB or 4GB of RAM, inbuilt memory of 64 GB which is expandable up to 128 GB storage, dual camera 8MP primary and 2MP secondary camera.
ThinkPad 10 will be in the market in June against the price of 599 USD, quite reasonable for the customers.
