As we heard before in a news that Meizu Pro 6 smartphone is set to launch on 13 April in Beijing. Today the Chinese manufacturer officially launched its device. Back in September the company released Meizu Pro 5 and after 6 months gap we can see its successor Meizu Pro 6.
The Meizu Pro 6 packs a 5.2 inch Super AMOLED Full HD display with 1080x1920 pixels resolution and 3D Touch feature. However, the 3D Touch feature is not new it already exists in Apple iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. The display has a pixel density of 423ppi and is protected with Gorilla Glass 3. The mobile comes in two memory options such as 32GB and 64GB. The Meizu Pro 6 is powered by a deca-core MediaTek Helio X25 processor, with the 4 Cortex-A53 clocked at 1.4GHz, 4 Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 2.0GHz, and 2 Cortex-A72 cores clocked at 2.5GHz. The smartphone has 4GB RAM and 21.1 MP back camera with LED dual tone flash, 1/2.4 sensor size, and f/2.2 aperture.
The mobile is enlightened with 2560mAh battery and supports fast charging with mCharge 3.0 technology. It supports Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 4G LTE, and USB Type-C connectivity. The Meizu Pro 6 measures 147.7x70.8x7.25mm, weighs 160 grams, and it will be available arriving in Black Star, Moonlight Silver, and Champagne Gold color variants.
The 32GB model is available for CNY 2,500, while the 64GB model is priced at CNY 2,800, the device will go on official sale on 23 April. There is no official announcement about availability of the device outside of the China so we expect that soon we will hear from Meizu about smartphone’s departure to other countries.
