Yu YUTOPIA is termed as the most prevailing smartphone on the planet by the company is releasing today in India. Here is everything we know about the device.
The much awaited smartphone Yu YUTOPIA is going to launch today. It is a smartphone that anyone doesn’t want to ignore. The mobile is advertised as a “creature” and “the most powerful handset in the world”. The company compared its mobile with iPhone and OnePlus 2 and claims that the handset will have better features.
The device was supposed to launch on December 7, but Yu Televentures delayed launch date. So, the handset went official few hours ago. It is said that delay was due to a case and patent issues. But, the company deprived of this and says the delay was because YU planned to display two products at YU launch. It is been a one year since the company launched its first smartphone.
Some reports suggested that the device will be powered by Snapgragon 810(MSM8994) octa-core SoC and 1.5 GHz with 4GB of RAM. Currently there is no smartphone in Android world which has similar features. The handset scored 1353 on single-core test and 4622 in the multi-core which is supposed to be the Yutopia. The smartphone has a QHD display, it would be the first handset by YU Televentures to have a high resolution display. The screen size of the device is not confirmed yet, but some leaks suggest that it will a have 5.2 inches screen.
The device carries a metal body, which will make the handset look more handsome and premium. In YU Ventures it will also first smartphone, which will have a metal body. Till now, Yu Yureka, Yureka Plus, and Yunique embraced in plastic body designs, but Yuphoria had metal body.
The device has a larger battery that will last long. The company claims that user can enjoy best features with great battery timing, all in one Yuthopia. However battery capacity is not exposed yet, but it is confirmed that device will has large battery. Apart from that Yuthopia is not only one device to be launched today, the company planned to showcase another device as well. Meanwhile, Yu Ventures didn’t give any hint about another device.
