The Motorola Moto G is available from HSN for $129.95 sans contract. But there is a $50 mail-in rebate that takes the price down to $79.95. The Motorola Moto G, is now available from HSN for a rebate adjusted $79.95 from Boost Mobile. The two Windows Phone 8 models are twins and thanks to the value that buyers see, the pair have become the most popular models on the platform.
HSN is throwing in a free car charger and a case. That price undercuts Best Buy, where the Verizon branded version of the phone is now available for $99.99, and Verizon itself, where the phone will launch on January 9th also priced at $99.99.
Boost is offering with the phone, its $55 unlimited talk, text and data plan. For every 6 months of on-time payments, the price drops $5 until it hits the floor of $40 a month. Google subsidiary Motorola is fighting back with the Moto G, which resembles a shrunken Motorola Moto X, and offers replaceable back covers in a variety of colors.
The unlimited data is high speed for the first 2.5GB and then you are throttled. Boost's online store will start offering the Moto G on January 14th with the phone in Boost's physical stores starting a week later.
