Motorola Moto X Shatterproof Lunches in India Today

 

Today, Motorola announced Moto X shatterproof in India. It is heard that the company may consider other retailers along with its usual exclusive retailer Flipkart for the launch of its new device. It means that consumers can have more choice in retailers because the device will be available at more vendors.

Yesterday, Motorola mentioned launch date of Moto X in a tweet and today the company is going to release its sizzling device.  The event will held at 3 PM (IST) and you can catch the live unveiling of the device. In October, 2015 the company said that the display of the Moto X will be made with a flexible Amoled screen, dual-layer touchscreen panels, and aluminum rigid core. The core will prevent the device from to break into pieces when dropped on a slab of concrete.In addition; the handset comes with water-repellent nano-coating.

In specification section, Moto X comes with a 5.4-inch QHD (1440x2560) display, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 octa-core SoC clocked at 2GHz with 3GB of LPDDR4 RAM. You can buy the device in 32GB and 64GB internal memory option. The internal memory can be enhanced via MicroSD card. To keep the lights on Moto X is powered by a 3760mAh battery with quick charging support. The handset has a 21-megapixel primary camera with dual-LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, and Phase Detect Autofocus feature, and a 5-megapixel front camera with flash and an f/2.0 aperture.

A couple of weeks ago, the company started to tease Indians with twitter tweets. On India Amazon Moto x was spotted as ‘Coming soon’ as well. It is completely unknown that much INR do you need to buy the handset, though today you will get official price of the device. In US Moto X has been sold with the name of Droid Turbo 2, it comes with a $624 tag for the base model.
