Multi Layered Lenovo's Stylish Vibe X2 has 7.3mm Metal Body

Lenovo selected an appropriate occasion like IFA 2014 to announce and display its pride products and very inspiring devices which the company has been working on since long and ultimately brought an amazing product into the market with the name of Vibe Z2 Pro. We have already known about this earlier and now here we are focusing our attention on its sibling Vibe X2 which is said to be less impressive but actually a more unique and different from its elder brother Vibe Z2 Pro.

Lenovo

The specific feature and distinguishing characteristic of Vibe X2 is the design. It has multi layered make, when seen from side it gives a look of layers of different colors joined together to give it a multi colored and attractive look but Lenovo know the design in not the only factor and because of this reason they take special care when they make the chassis of the handset. The company has also declared that they would be two more snap on layers which you can put on the existing cover of the handset, again multi colored. These layers are given the name Vibe Xtension smart layers. They are not just decorative layers but they served some specific purpose. One increases 75% battery life and the other adds HI- FI JBL audio to the handset and moreover these two covers will also provide extra protection to the device.

You must be thinking about these wonderful layers and very curious to know what is inside of these layers. The device has 5 inches display having 1080x1920 pixels resolution IPS screen and has good 441 ppi density. Under the screen we have a powerful Octa Core MediaTek MT6595M chipset having a speed of 2GHz. It is also coupled with and complemented with a Quad Core powerVR G6200 GPU. The handset is provided with 2GB RAM. The MediaTek chipset are rather slower than Qualcomm chipsets in the Snapdragon series. It is a fact and we must accept it that the processor place in this handset is really capable of performing all applications and does not loss speed. Examining the handset more carefully we find a 13 mega pixel Sony sensor, IMX214 with an LED flash located at the back. It is also provided with a powerful 5 mega pixel front camera. The entire system is energized with 2300mAh battery. The handset runs Android 4.4KitKat performing perfectly well and keeping the handset alive.

Vibe X2 is yet not in the market and Lenovo has to launch it in near future and probably it would be caring the price tag of $399 as was indicated in IFA 2014. This handset has another version with two SIM slots specially dedicated for Indian market. Is not too far in the feature, but before the end of the year the handset will be in the market.
