We all know Nokia is returning into the smartphone world with Android devices, and most of fans are eagerly waiting for the upcoming handsets. The Nokia phones are expected to launch in the fourth quarter of the year.

The internet is jam-packed with rumors of upcoming Nokia Android smartphones. Earlier in August, two Nokia devices Nokia 5320, Nokia 1490 were spotted on GeekBench. Now another Nokia smartphone codenamed D1C is spotted on benchmark site. The Nokia D1C seems a mid-range device while the Nokia 5320 is supposed to be a high-end smartphone because it will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820.

As per listings, the Nokia D1C will be powered by Qualcomm octa-core processor coupled with 1.4GHz with Adreno 505 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The smartphone will run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. In single-core performance test GeekBench gave 656 scores and in multi-score test it gave 3120 scores, these scores are decent for a mid-range smartphone.

Unfortunately, the website doesn’t share much information about the device. Back in May, Finnish company granted HMD Global the exclusive license to manufacture Nokia branded tablets and Android smartphones for the next 10 years.

The company has released an Android-powered smartphone with N1 tablet was warmly welcomed by the community. This time Nokia is planning to hit the market with powerful devices.
