OnePlus’s next flagship OnePlus 3 will be launched on June 15, but before the official launch the firm is planning to sell 1,000 units via flash sales in China. The flash sale will start on June 6, the device is priced at CNY 2,999 (roughly USD $ 455) for flash sale.
The company mentioned that, flash sale prices are not an official price of the device, actual price of the smartphone will be revealed on the launch day. If the price will be greater than CNY 2,999, the customers will pay the difference, whilst if the price will be lower the difference amount will be paid to the customers. As per previous report official sale is expected to begin on June 14 but now we heard that the device will be unveiled on 15 june and the shipping of the smartphone will start after June 15.
According to rumors the OnePlus 3 will feature 5.5-inch display and it will run Snapdragon 820 SoC. The smartphone houses 16-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front camera. To keep the device awake a 3000mAh or 3500mAh battery will come along. It will run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow-based OxygenOS.
A leak suggests that the OnePlus 3 will come in four variants such as 4GB RAM/32GB storage, 4GB RAM/64GB storage, 6GB RAM/32GB storage, and 6GB RAM/64GB storage. The company says that next flagship stock will be adequate, as per PhoneArena leak, the firm has reserved 1 million OnePlus 3 devices predicting high sales. This time OnePlus 3 will not use invite system and this time it has plenty units in order to meet customers demand.
In the meantime, OnePlus is teasing its fans with different teasers, the first one is an India focused offering that hint towards release date and availability details. The device will be sold exclusively via Amazon.
