Chinese company Oppo sells its devices in several countries outside China, but the firm is not officially available in the United States. It is expected that Oppo could open its official retail store in the US.
Many of you might not aware of the Oppo smartphone company, but this is the mobile maker that controlled Lenovo, Huawei, and Xiaomi in China and became number one mobile maker in Q3 2016 in China. It also became fourth largest smartphone vendor globally.
As per Industry sources, Oppo will start selling its own devices in the United States by the end of this year. The mobile maker plans to increase shipment of its device in overseas market and the United States market is the main target for Oppo. The company is already selling some if its products such as Blu-ray players in the US. Now the company is planning to sell its high-end devices with quality cameras in the US.
Back in November, Oppo released Oppo A57 in China, the device will go on sale on December 12. In terms of specifications, the device packs a 5.2-inch HD LCD display with 720x1280 resolutions. It has 3GB of RAM, and 32GB internal storage. The device is powered by Qualcomm MSM8940 Snapdragon 435, clocked at Octa-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53, and coupled with Adreno 505.
The main selling point of the Oppo A57 is its 16MP selfie camera; it also has a 13MP rear camera on its backside. The smartphone gets power with a 2900 mAh battery and available in Gold, and Rose Gold color options.
