Report: Apple iPhone 7s will feature a 5.8 inch Display with Glass Casing

Apple wants to add something unique in its lineup, probably next year we will see 2017 flagship with different features and advanced technology. According to Ming-Chi Kuo, KGI Securities' analyst, Apple will launch a new smartphone with glass casing as compare to aluminium body which is used in current flagship iPhone 6s and its predecessor iPhone 6. We will see this phone in 2017 which certainly will be called iPhone 7s.

It is expected that upcoming phone will come with a 5.8-inch display.  According to Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple is experimenting between plastic, glass, and ceramic casing for the iPhone 7s models. In addition, the new device will come with curved display which will go alongside a curved glass body. These changes will set iPhone 7s apart from its predecessors. Current models come with flat LCD display and a metal body.
 

As per Kuo the rest changes in 2017 iPhone will be narrower bezels and a "completely new shape factor design." According to his previous report, Apple will launch a new 5.8 inch iPhone smartphone with AMOLED display. Regardless of having a bigger display, the iPhone will have a more compact body. According previous rumors Apple is negotiating with LG and Samsung for manufacturing OLED display, which is brighter and more energy efficient than LCD. Furthermore, there will be a biometric recognition in the phone which could be either a facial recognition or an iris scanner.
