Samsung Announces 10nm LPDDR4 6GB DRAM chip likely to be used in Galaxy Note 6
Samsung has announced its most recent 6GB DRAM for its high-end devices. The Samsung Mobile Solutions Forum held yesterday in Shenzhen, China. The Korean Giant unveiled a novel LPDDR4 6GB DRAM chip which is produced using the 10nm process. The procedure supposed to make the chip more influential, which will help to increase the battery life of new device owning it.
Millions of renders are circulating around about Galaxy Note 6; if rumors come true the device will be an outstanding piece by the company. As for rumors, the smartphone will feature a 5.8-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 1440 x 2560 QHD resolution. Traditionally, Samsung equips Note series with the latest software and hardware available to it. In terms of specifications, usually phablet series is ahead of Galaxy S series.
As the company has introduced its new 10nm LPDDR4 6GB DRAM chip so we expect that it will be used in Galaxy Note 6. The Galaxy Note 5 was released in last August, if the novel Galaxy Note 6 will be launched in similar timeframe, it would allow us to share more information about the device.
