Many smartphones already in the queue to receive the operating system updates but as we know some Motorola devices besides the Nexus device are already get the software updates. Now Samsung also put their Galaxy S2 handset in line of the device waiting for receiving the Android updates.
According to the current report the Galaxy S5 owners will get the update notifications for Android 5.0 Lollipop in the last week of December or in the first week of January. However this is still the rumor but the base of the rumor is fact because Google is already roll out the software updates to Android-based OEM manufacturers and they start delivering the updates to their selected devices soon and many of them like HTC, LG and Motorola are already deliver the updates to their devices.
This is strongly expected that the Samsung will start delivering the software updates in 2015 cause the updating process will take the time after the OS updates personalization can be commence like add TouchWiz UI with some respective modifications. The unlock version of the device are also getting these updates according to their network supports but some of the device owners have to wait due to stop rushing the networks the updates will roll out in pieces.
