Samsung Gives 12500 Galaxy S7 Edge Olympics Limited Edition for Free
Lately Samsung launched Galaxy S7 Edge Olympic limited edition and the smartphone is available for purchase. The Korean Giant is an official sponsor of the Rio Olympics games; the manufacturer has decided to present 12500 units of Galaxy S7 Edge to the winning athletes. Athletes from diverse games have received the smartphone such as the Brazilian polo team, Great Britain divers’ team, and US Olympic gold medalist.
To bring to mind, the Galaxy S7 Edge features a 5.5 inch display with 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution. It is powered by Snapdragon 820 / Exynos 8890 with 4GB of RAM and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. The smartphone comes in 32GB /64 GB native storage with 4 GB RAM. There is a 12 MP main camera with f/1.7, 26mm, phase detection autofocus, OIS, and LED flash on the backside of the smartphone. There’s a 5MP front snapper with f/1.7, 22mm, dual video call, and Auto HDR feature. The device supports USB Type-C and 3600 mAh battery.
The Galaxy S7 Edge Olympic Games Limited Edition is wrapped in a black metal frame and Olympics Games logo on its panel. Different customized Olympics games and wallpapers are pre-installed in the device. The earphones come with a music player, heart-rate monitoring system, and support for Samsung's S Health app. Rest all specifications are same as standard Galaxy S7 Edge model. Previously, in July start the device was up for pre-orders in Germany. Lately Samsung has launched Galaxy S7 Injustice Edition in support of Injustice: Gods Among Us game. A golden colored batsman logo is embedded on the back panel of the device with a golden bezel around the camera which makes it unique as compared to base model.
