Samsung is refreshing most of its Galaxy series from 2015 and new versions of previously launched smartphones are coming out this year. Now it seems like Samsung is working on Galaxy On7 (2016) which will replace its predecessor Galaxy On7 (2015).
The information is exposed by Indian tracking website Zauba which is clearly visible in above image. The Galaxy On7 2015 comes with SM-G600 model number, and the latest model will carry Samsung SM-G610F model number. For testing and evaluation process, the smartphone has sent to subcontinent.
Above listing also reveals specifications of the Galaxy On7 (2016), as per listing the device will feature Full HD touchscreen screen with 1080p resolution. The smartphone owns 13MP rear camera and 8MP selfie shooter. It will support dual SIM, one slot for SIM and second could be used for SIM or MicroSD card.
The last year model Galaxy On7 2015 packs 5.5 inch TFT display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. It is powered by Quad-core 1.2 GHz and runs Android 5.0 marshmallow out of the box. The smartphone has 8 GB native storage and 1.5 GB RAM. It features a 13 MP rear camera with f/2.1, autofocus, and LED flash, and 5 MP camera with f/2.2 lens. It offers Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, and v4.1, A2DP connectivity options. A 3000 mAh battery keeps the device on and it comes in Black and White color options.
It is obvious that 2016 model will have improved specifications that its predecessor. There is no official information regarding price and availability date of the device, we expect that soon Samsung will reveal insights about the device.
