Only two days are left for the IFA event to be held in Berlin and Sony is few steps away from the event. Users are keenly waiting to see what Sony unveils during the event and before the event the number of leaks increased about the Sony devices. The most of the leaks are about the upcoming device which is expected to appear in Expo event to be held in Germany. The day starts and there is another information revealed about the upcoming handset of Sony named “Xperia Z3 Compact”. As the name show this is the Compact version of Xperia Z3 which is also in queue. The specifications of the handset are leaked, but unfortunately the specifications still did not confirm officially.
According to the leaked information the Xperia Z3 Compact has 4.6 inches display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution which provides 319 pixels per inch density. The handset dimensions measure 127 x 64.9 x 8.6 mm from all sides and the handset carries 129 grams weight. The handset is embedded with 2.5 GHz Quad Core processor with Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset. Sony placed 2 GB RAM and 16 GB extendable memory inside the handset. Xperia Z3 compact has 20.7-megapixel Sony Exmor RS rear camera and 2.2 mega pixel front facing camera. The handset is energized with 2600 mAh battery. These are not only the features found in the handset but the handset is also certified from IP68 certifications which makes the handset water and dust proof. This is the Android based handset so the Android 4.4.4 KitKat is the default operating system.
The handset works with nano SIM and will be avaiable in four colors; white, black, green and orange. For now we have only this information with us. There is no word heard from anywhere about the price and the release date of the handset neither we know which region gets the handset first. For knowing all these things we have to wait till IFA event.
