Alcatel announced another Android Phone One Touch Flash 2 with 13-megapixel camera for Asian regions

We have a number of recently launched smartphones from Alcatel in IFA and now the company announced the new Android Phone known as “One Touch Flash 2”. The handset is already in the news since last month and now got the official treatment and took the place in Alcatel family. This handset is the upgraded version of previously revealed Alcatel One Touch Flash.


Alcatel One Touch Flash 2 runs Android 5.1 lollipop version of operating system and has 5 inches display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. The handset is powered with 64-bit octa-core 1.3 GHz processor paired with MediaTek MTK6753 chipset and has 2 GB RAM combined with 16 GB internal memory which can be increased externally with the microSD card. The Alcatel One Touch Flash 2 is energized with the 3000mAh battery.

The handset has the 13-megapixel rear camera with Samsung ISOCELL sensor and has 5 megapixel front facing snapper with soft LED flash. The other specs of the handset are it supports the dual SIM and LTE connectivity. Though the handset is small in size than the predecessor Alcatel One touch Flash  but it carries the well-balanced configuration.


Still the price of the handset is under the hood but according to the specs the Alcatel One Touch Flash 2 seems to be the mid-range smartphone and will not be sold more than $200. The handset specifically launched for the Asian regions and will be available in the last days of September. The Alcatel targeted markets are India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
