RedmiBook 13 launched with 89 percent screen-to-body ratio and 10th Gen Intel Core processor

Xiaomi has officially unveiled the RedmiBook 13 with a narrow-edge display to offer a full-screen experience. Talking about the Huawei MateBook 13 that had 4.4mm thick bezels to deliver 88% screen-to-body ratio, the new RedmiBook 13 has offered an 89% screen-to-body ratio. The RedmiBook 13 features a 13.3 inches Full HD anti-glare display with a 178-degree viewing angle and 89 percent screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, it is powered by 10th generation Intel Core processors with Nvidia GeForce MX250 graphics, and 8GB DDR4 RAM clocked at 2,666MHz. Xiaomi RedmiBook 13 also has a propriety thermal management system, which includes a dual heat pipe with a 6mm diameter. It is built with a metal body and also offers chiclet-style keyboard and DTS surround sound audio support. The company has claimed 11 hours long battery life with the backing for 1C fast charger that can charge up to 50% in 35 minutes. The RedmiBook 13 is running on Microsoft Windows 10 Home operating system and comes with a pre-installed Office Student edition.

Along with 8GB of RAM and 512GB SSD ROM, the RedmiBook 13 is set to go on pre-orders in China starting today (10 December), while it will be available for purchase in China from December 12. Unfortunately, the company hasn’t shared any information about the global availability of RedmiBook 13.
