Finally, Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro go official. The latter one is more admired and successful for the implementation of the Samsung ISOCELL 64MP sensor. Hence Xiaomi’s subsidiary became the first for the award-winning camera rather than Oppo’s Realme. Both the Note 8 and Pro are Quad Camera phones, but they have different main optics. Let’s read in detail what they bought for consumers.

Redmi Note 8 Pro

The smartphone sports a 6.53inches FHD+ Display for Netflix and an In-Display Fingerprint Reader for a convenient unlock. It adopts a water-drop notch style that houses a 20MP selfie shooter. The Redmi Note 8 Pro gathers several AI Beauty filters and AI facial recognition.

There are four rear snappers for photography lovers. The primary lens is 64MP wide, while the rest three are 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth sensors. Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro is eligible for FHD and QHD video records at 30fps. You can capture beautiful AI images and enhanced HDR photos. For those low light shots, the gadget provides a LED flash that brightens up the environment with plasma.

The other advantage of Redmi Pro model is faster execution by Mediatek Helio G90T processor, a dedicated chip for gaming smartphones. You can play all the day on 6/8 GB RAM and 4,500 mAh battery. Take a break for an hour and apply an 18W fast charge that revives handset life up to 100%. Even a long after multitasking, the Redmi Note 8 Pro won’t catch heat, thanks to the new liquid cooling chamber. Let’s save what you love in 64GB or 128GB memory, version dependent.

The standard device comes up with a little smaller 6.3inches display and keeps a rear fingerprint sensor instead of a UD FR like Pro. The selfie notch is now 13MP, downgraded slightly. On the back, there is a significant 48MP lens while the other three are of the same resolution, and even the orientation is vertical similarly. The Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 8 tucks inside an SD665 chipset and a kryo260 Octa processor. Users would compromise on battery too, 4000mAh one, but a similar 18W pro charge luckily.

Both the Redmi smartphones will come in Black, Green, and White next month (September 2019). China will be the first destination.
