Today 19-Sep 2019 Huawei introduced three flagship Smartphones of Mate 30 series at Munich event. Along with Mate 30, and Mate 30 Pro, Huawei announced a 5G variants of the Mate 30, Mate 30 Pro and RS Porsche Design edition 5G. The Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro are available in space silver, cosmic purple, black and emerald green, as well as vegan leather forest green and vegan leather orange color options.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro has a round shape camera mechanism with four sensors which include a 40-megapixels ultra-wide-angle with f/1.6 aperture, a 40MP Super sensing cam with f/1.8 aperture, 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom (80 mm focal length) and 3D depth-sensing camera for photography. The phone has a mid-sized notch and beautiful Waterfall display design. The display looks like a hide entirely side bezels; therefore; it has 6.53” FHD+ OLED display with 2400 x 1176px resolution. Mate 30 Pro has a massive battery capacity of 4,500 mAh and also supports up to 40W fast charging and 27W wireless charging. The chipset is a Kirin 990 (7nm+EUV) and runs on Android 10 OS. It has 8GB of RAM and 128 GB / 256GB onboard storage. This phone has dual (32MP primary lens and 3D ToF sensor) front cameras for taking selfies.
Huawei Mate 30 features a 4,200 mAh battery capacity with 40W quick charging and 27W wireless charging support. The phone powered by Kirin 990 (7nm+EUV) Octa-core CPU and Android 10 is pre-installed in this device. Display design; the phone has a 6.62” slightly bigger OLED screen compared to the Pro model, and smaller notch with dual cameras (24MP primary shooter with 3D ToF sensor). The rear cams setup has triple shooters which include 40MP primary lens, an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x and 5x Hybrid zoom and the third member of this family is 16MP with f/2.2 aperture. It has 8GB and 6GB RAM options and 128GB internal storage. The Huawei Mate 30 is closer than to pro version.
Huawei makes the exclusive edition for mate 30 series known as Mate 30 RS Porsche design. In last year, the Mate 20 Porsche Design came with a racing stripe in the middle of handmade leather. And, this year the strip houses quad-camera setup, and we can also use strip design to create a kickstand. The Mate 30 Porsche Design has 6.53” OLED display and four rear cameras include a 40MP primary shooter, a40MP Ultra-wide cam, an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and 3D ToF camera for AR and blur effects. On the front, it has a 32MP sensor that can supports 2160p video and 3D ToF cam is also there.
It is powered by 4,500 mAh massive battery capacity with 40W fast and 27W wireless charging supported. Huawei is currently avoiding the price schedule of this phone, but expected to have a $2300 price for 12GB RAM and 512GB storage model. Kirin 990 is a chipset that is built on the 7nm+ EUV processor. The phone also supports the 5G network.
